5k in Miles: Are you ready?

You have decided to begin running 5k in miles. First of all you have to consult with your doctor to refer you if necessary check-ups of the heart, lungs, blood pressure etc. Once the doctor allows running a 5k in miles race, you should not expect to become a runner in one month!
